- nanoJoule:
Calculates
current-voltage (I-V) curves for metallic single-wall carbon nanotubes,
including self-heating and thermal breakdown, see figure
at right. Versions of this code have been used in various Pop Lab
publications, including #3-5, 12, 18 on the publications page. A
manual is provided on the nanoHUB page, and the technical background is
in manuscript #12.
- CNTmob: Calculates mobility
of semiconducting carbon nanotubes at various charge densities.
Includes effects of phonon scattering, multiple sub-bands, and diameter
variation. A version of this code was used in Pop Lab publication #23.
Lab Software Scripts:
- Pulsed voltage characterization script
for the Keithley 26xx instruments written in Lua. Author: S. Dutta.
Used for pulsed mobility measurements on carbon nanotubes, recent
publication #26 by D. Estrada et al.
